Howard Lee Halm is a retired Los Angeles Superior Court Judge. Currently, he is associated with ADR Services as a Mediator and Arbitrator. Prior to becoming a judge, for 40 years, he was a civil trial lawyer with a national and local law firm after beginning his practice as a State Deputy Attorney General. During his career he has served as president of the California Asian Pacific American Judges’ Association, National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Los Angeles, Korean American Bar Association of Los Angeles and the Japanese American Bar Association of Los Angeles. He has also served the community as Chair of KAC-LA and KAC-National.
